On June 21, 2026, at approximately 6:55 pm, Dixon Police Department patrol officers responded to the area of Milk Farm Road after a passerby reported finding a deceased individual. 

Upon arrival, officers located the body of an adult male in an outdoor area near the roadway. The cause and circumstances of death are currently unknown and under investigation. Due to the condition in which the body was found, detectives have been called to the scene to conduct a thorough investigation, and the Solano County Coroner's Office has been notified. 

At this time, the death is being treated as suspicious as a precaution while investigators work to determine the cause and circumstances. This is standard procedure in cases where the circumstances of death are not immediately apparent. 

The identity of the deceased is not being released at this time pending identification, notification of next of kin and confirmation by the Coroner's Office.
