At approximately 8:53am on May 29, the Dixon Police Department and Fire Department received a call to the 100 block of Gateway Drive for a reported vehicle accident. 

Upon arrival, first responders located an industrial truck involved in what appears to be an industrial-related accident. 

At this time, there appears to be one fatality associated with the incident. The investigation remains ongoing and additional information will be released as it becomes available.
